We love wrapping our hands around a warm mug of hot cocoa on a winter day—and now you can bring that same comforting feeling to your holiday decor with our Mini Hot Cocoa Mug Ornament. This tiny, adorable mug looks like it came straight from a cozy cabin kitchen, complete with a rich “cocoa” center and topped with little fuzzy yarn marshmallows that makes it irresistibly sweet.

We crafted this little cutie using our wood 3.5mm Acalon crochet hook, which gave the stitches a snug, sturdy texture—perfect for creating that classic mug shape. The natural warmth of the wooden hook makes the making experience feel just as cozy as the ornament itself.

Hang it on your tree, tie it to a gift, or string a few together for the cutest cocoa-themed garland. Whether you’re a cocoa lover, a crochet enthusiast, or someone who simply adores tiny handmade decor, this mini mug is a winter must-make.

So grab your yarn, your favorite mug of real hot chocolate, and let’s stitch a little warmth into the season. ❄️☕🧶
