Refund Policy for Ophire Co Crochet & Knit
 
At Ophire Co Crochet & Knit, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with the products and services we offer. We understand that there may be instances where our customers need to request a refund. As such, we have established the following refund policy to clarify the circumstances under which Ophireco.com will issue refunds and the process for requesting a refund. 
 
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement  

  • Change of Mind: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of shipping (and duties and customs for international purchasers). There is a 10% restocking fee for returns postmarked after 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days. Please inform us of the return at support@ophireco.com   
  • Product Defects or Damage: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement (See Replacement Policy). You have 30 days to inform of us of issues. After 30 days a partial credit may be available. 
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If a product is not delivered within the estimated time, customers are eligible for a refund. Notification is required if a product is not received within 30 days of the order date. Packages returned to the sender, not due to any fault of the company, such as an incorrect address or failed delivery, are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs. Refunds for international orders will exclude duties and customs fees.

Non-Refundable Circumstances 

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and not eligible for a refund. 
  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, they are inherently non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. 

Process for Requesting a Refund 

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@ophireco.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photographs or evidence in case of defective or incorrect items.  
  2. Review by Ophire Staff: Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine the eligibility based on our policy guidelines. This process typically takes 2-5 business days.  
  3. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated. 

Additional Information 
Please be aware that refund amounts may be adjusted in cases where promotional discounts or coupons were applied to the order. Furthermore, the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is being issued due to an error on our part.
