Refund Policy for Ophire Co.

At Ophire Co., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with the products and services we offer. We understand that there may be instances where our customers need to request a refund. As such, we have established the following refund policy to clarify the circumstances under which Ophire Co. will issue refunds and the process for requesting a refund. 
 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement.

 

  • Change of Mind: You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the cost of shipping (cost of shipping also includes duties & customs for international purchasers).  You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. If the return is postmarked after 30 days, a 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days. Please inform us of the return at support@ophireco.com   
  • Product Defects or Damage: Items that arrive damaged from transit, or items that break during normal usage are eligible for a free replacement. Negligent usage of items is not eligible for any replacement. Negligent use includes dropping, throwing, damage from pets, falling off tables, physical alteration, modification, etc. If you have received an incorrect or defective item please reach out to us via email: support@ophireco.com
  • Non-Delivery of Product: In the event you do not receive your order in a timely manner for reasons outside of the control of Ophire Co., you must immediately notify our Customer Service team for assistance at support@ophireco.com. Orders returned that are not the fault of Ophire Co., such as an incorrect address or a failed delivery, are eligible for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Refunds for international orders will exclude duties and customs fees as well.

In the event an order is lost during shipment, Ophire Co. will attempt to initiate a shipping claim with the carrier. Please note that shipping claims cannot be initiated until 14 business days for Domestic orders, and 30 business days for International orders, after the original expected delivery date. In some instances, the customer may be responsible for providing additional information to the shipping carrier to complete the claim.

If you place an order with the incorrect address and the order is delivered, Ophire Co. will not issue a refund for the order.

Non-Refundable Circumstances 

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and not eligible for a refund. 
  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, they are inherently non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. 

Process for Requesting a Refund 

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@ophireco.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photographs or evidence in case of defective or incorrect items.  
  2. Review by Ophire Staff: Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine the eligibility based on our policy guidelines. This process typically takes 2-5 business days, however there may be further delays depending on circumstance (I.E. promotional or sale periods).  
  3. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment typically within 14 business days, however there may be additional delays depending on your financial institution. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

Please be aware that refund amounts may be adjusted in cases where promotional discounts or coupons were applied to the order.
